HEI mobile units are designed to produce “continous frac water recovery”.
We custom design mobile treatment equipment to process Frac / Flow Back Water to be reused on the next frac project.
HEI standard equipment is customized to provide a water treatment train that is manufactured to be transported within standalone shipping dimensions.
The equipment is designed to be shipped on double-drop trailers without exceeding the over height and over width tolerances.
HEI oil water separators, chemical treatment processes, clarifiers, media filters and high pressure filter presses are designed to be shipped on standard trailers and assembled as a complete treatment facility.
The mobile units are designed for ease of maintenance and readily disassembled to be transported to the next project.
